When does my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday–Friday are processed same day. You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Email support@getterravive.com for other countries.
My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?
Tracking updates can lag 24–48 hours. If no update in 5 business days, email us at support@getterravive.com with your order number.
