United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. For other countries, email support@getterravive.com.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on every order to all five countries above. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee where offered.

Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT, Monday–Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days from the day of shipment, depending on destination. You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order shipping.

Tracking issues
Tracking updates can lag 24–48 hours behind actual transit. If there has been no tracking update for 5 business days, email support@getterravive.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
