TERRAVIVE 30-Night Pain-Free Guarantee

We stand behind every Terravive Grounding Sleep Sheet with a 30-night guarantee.

If you use your sheet nightly for 30 nights and don't notice a meaningful difference, email support@getterravive.com with your order number to start a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the product price.

How to request a refund
Email support@getterravive.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number. We will provide a return address. The product must be returned to us before a refund is issued. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement at no charge. If your order does not arrive, contact us and we will reship or refund, your choice.

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard refund guarantee above applies instead of a cancellation.

Exclusions
This guarantee applies to one unit per customer. Resold, wholesale, or bulk orders are evaluated case by case — contact us before purchasing if this applies to you.
