Shipping
When does my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday–Friday are processed same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If you're in another country and would like to order, email us at support@getterravive.com and we'll see what we can arrange.
My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?
Tracking updates can lag 24–48 hours, especially during transit. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email us at support@getterravive.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

How do I request a refund?
Email support@getterravive.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number. That's all we need. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Do I need to return the pad to get a refund?
No. You keep it. We refund you in full. We made this decision deliberately — we don't want people jumping through hoops when they're already frustrated. If the pad didn't work for you, the last thing you need is a complicated return process.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no charge. Don't worry about returning the damaged item — just send us the photo and your order number.
What if my order never arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window and tracking shows no movement, email us at support@getterravive.com. We'll either reship or refund — your choice. We take full responsibility for delivery.
