Getting started is simple

Lay your Grounding Sleep Sheet flat on your mattress, under your fitted sheet.
Step 2
Connect the included grounding cord to the ground port of any standard wall outlet. No electricity flows — the ground port only.
Step 3
Sleep normally. That's it. Your body does the rest.
